Follow the child to find the answer
Trusting your intuition when you parent, is the only manual you will need. The answer will always be communicated to you by your child in a way that will be unique to you both.
“Respect all the reasonable forms of activity in which the child engages and try to understand them”.
- Dr Maria Montessori

Meet Emma
Emma has worked as a Montessori director for the past 14 years in both Ireland and Australia. Holding a degree in Montessori Education, Emma has dedicated her life to greater good of childhood. She considers herself an advocate for children and is passionate about providing others with a greater understanding of how we can improve lives of children everywhere. Over the years Emma has gained a wealth of knowledge about the importance of the respect of the individual. She has worked closely with children ranging from birth to 12 years and has seen first hand the extraordinary wonder of childhood. Emma has established a greater sense of Dr Montessori’s philosophy and her teachings through direct observations of the child. The child will always be the teacher.
After dedicating her focus on the management of a Montessori school for the past 10 years Emma has decided to direct her attention to supporting families. After the birth of her daughter in 2022, Emma’s eyes were opened to the vast amount of mis-information out there for new parents. Navigating the parenting journey as a new parenting can be extremely daunting. This being mainly inflamed by the many misconceptions and contradictions to needs of the child.
Emma recognised that education starts at birth and that we can connect with our babies long before that. wanting to learn more about providing the mother and child a positive birth experience Emma engaged in more study and became a hypnobirthing practitioner and received certification to commence positive birth programs with Hypnobirthing Australia.
She saw the importance of her sharing information to others that she deems valuable to parents old and new.
